Local taxes and charges may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at your own expense.

Returns:

You have the right to return undamaged and unused products.

Notification about this shall be done immediately upon reception of the product or latest 10 days after reception.

The notification shall be done to webstore@tonupgarage.com.

The message shall contain a list of the product(s) you wish to return. State the cause of the return in the message.

NOTICE: Unfortunately, we can not accept electrical items for returns or exchanges, and virtually never for warranty neither. It is extremely hard to verify whether the part was damaged in the installation, damaged by other defective parts, wired incorrectly, or damaged by incompatible after-market parts.

The returned product shall be in an unused and undamaged state in its original package (seals or plastic wrapping must be intact).

Return the product together with the invoice.

Please let us know, if you wish to change/exchange the goods into another size, color etc. This way we can reserve the new item in our stock for you immediately.

Note: In case of returns or exchange of goods the shipping cost are held by the customer.

If there has been some kind of mistake that Ton-up Garage can be held responsible for - we will of course pay for shipping expenses.

Return against cash on delivery is not accepted.

The customer is totally responsible if products are damaged or missing during the return transport.
